I like Chase/WaMu. My fiance has Wells Fargo and I personally don’t like it. I had BofA for 20 years and think that theirs is the best….unfortunatley.

I cant stand Bank of America… they are arrogant and out of touch… they should have been allowed to go away. I recently went to them for a loan and they would not even talk to me as it was a new business. I have good credit and despite that they said they have a policy they do not work with new businesses so I think we the taxpayers should not have helped them

I’ve have had an account with for years. They have amazing interest rates and a user face which is simple to use. They also have people so if you have a question you pick up the phone and get an answer from a person. I like igobanking.com.

I would have to say Bank of America….I am a new customer with them and I have had accounts at other banks (WaMu, Chase, Union Bank of Ca, Wells Fargo, you name it I’ve probably had it, lol) and B of A by far is the best online in comparison (from my experiences) but since you are looking for another bank……I primarly bank with Citibank and there online banking is good and a lot of services are free….one I like that is free is the ability to transfer from bank to bank (like from Citi to B of A) online — FREE whether it’s next day or 3 days free incoming and out……I have been able to stick with them the longest and trust me if the customer service ***** I am quick to close an account and go elsewhere…..so overall next to B of A I would say Citi
